who am i? i'm a 70 year old who has exercised consistently his entire life. i was a weightlifter in my younger days, but now do bodyweight exercises almost exclusively. i try to do something daily and i'm currently working on a few calisthenics skills. i have no formal training in gymnastics or yoga. i'm also trying to walk that fine line between pushing my boundaries without tearing myself up in the process.
