Inclusive Graduates, (previously Elevation Networks) is the not for profit arm of Inclusive Board. We work with undergraduates and professionals from underrepresented groups across the UK. We identify these groups as ethnic minorities; women, young people from low socio-economic groups.
Inclusive Graduates has over 30,000 members, 80% who classify themselves as BAME, and the majority of those being African Caribbean. Through our A-CAN (African Caribbean Alumni Network) campaign we have direct access to over 20,000 role model black undergraduates and recent graduates across the UK.
