Robert Gromotka is a Composer, Multi-Instrumentalist and Producer of Music for Film, TV, radio dramas, commercials and the concert stage. He currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
His personal work focuses on the piano, because it allows him „to have the full orchestra under my fingertips“.
After years on stage and worldwide touring with various bands (i.E. “Hans der Kleingärtner”) and Orchestras, Robert founded the „Tarab Taksi“, an ensemble playing originals combining oriental styles and contemporary improvisation.
Robert is regularly composing / producing Music and Sound Design for WDR´s “Sendung mit dem Elefanten” and “Sendung mit der Maus”. The TV-Series “Internationale Kinderlieder” by RBB and Cartoon Film premiered last year and was featured at Giffoni Film Festival.
Robert now is focusing on his Solo Project.
