I am a Suburban Homesteader in the Northeast corner of Wyoming for half the year and in Arizona the other 6 months. My home, Apple Cottage, has gardens, chickens, bees, berries, brambles, vines and shrubs, birds and wildlife. Most of our landscape is edible, beautiful, or nitrogen fixing. Our cottage is filled with baking, canning, preserving, sewing, painting, and books. Our home has evolved over the last 21 years into a peaceful, self-sustaining property in Wyoming, with our goal to do the same in Arizona. It's a fulfilling life where time and space join together to embrace us and our visitors. Come join us as we explore all things homesteading and a life that is rich and full.
