Marc Lucero Captain with the City of Richmond, California Fire Department with over 28 years in the fire service. Working for one of the most challenging city has been a great blessing. With a love for training and knowledge and a desire to make myself and the people around me better I started posting videos that I thought could help get ideas and thoughts out there to those people who can't attend expensive training conferences and classes. Some of the best things I have learned on the job are from firefighters from the smallest departments around the country.
