Hi. My name is Stephen J Payne. I'm a photographer/filmmaker and I moved to Los Angeles in 1991 and lived there until 2018. But America changed and I don't think I like where it's headed ..... so I left. Moving back to England for a while to live on a boat on the lovely canals. But the UK changed as well and it was time to leave, set sail through France and head for "The Med."
