While I was still in my mother’s womb, I heard and felt Vivaldi’s Four Seasons playing. After being born my sister put the headphones on my head almost immediately. The digital world has long arrived, but vinyl is still playing at home. My Dad worked as a DJ when he was my age, so I have rediscovered some of his music. There was a time when I used to live in Manchester, away from home, without family and friends, but never without music. Music has always been with me, it’s in me, it conquered me.
