Hi, Iām Brittany Bryden! I grew up as a competitive soccer player and dancer, and I even danced professionally in my early 20s. After an injury, I found yoga and it changed my life. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Downward Dog Yoga Center in Toronto and have been teaching for over a decade.
I love creating fun and accessible classes for everyone. Over the years, I've earned certifications in Pilates, pre and postnatal fitness, Lagree, and more. I believe in being a student first, constantly exploring new ideas to deepen my understanding of the body.
My goal is to help you feel better in your body, get stronger, and age well. I hope my love for teaching shines through in every class and that my classes become a place you return to often.
