The NCC Culinary YouTube channel started as a way to show NCC Culinary students what they would be learning in their classes. We decided to make all our videos public so the world could enjoy the same culinary techniques our students learn. Since then, and thousands of views later, we've decided to continue adding our Culinary How-To videos for the world and - most importantly - for Nash Community College Culinary Arts students.
