But nah, seriously tho, "Where have you been?" is the first question that needs answering and to that I say: I've been working. These last eight months, I’ve been working on a video that has all the potential to be my magnum opus, my college dropout, my to pimp a butterfly, my rodeo, my blonde, my igor, my no thank you, my miseducation of Lauryn Hi-😱😱😱
And if you're asking why I chose to do this, it's simple. Most my life I've never stood out in anything particular. Just like you, I've always been pretty average in everything that I do. I'm smart but not smart enough to be number 1. I can ball but not good enough to go pro. I'm pretty as a mf but not pretty enough to make a career out of it. Basically, with me it's always "you're good........ butttttttt."
And if you can't quite tell yet, I hate it. Being "average," I fucking hate it. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with being "average". I mean, shit, my mama works a 925 and she's the best person ever. But, as much as I love her, I also know her. And I know that deep down, she ain't really happy with what she do. The only reason she still do what she do is to…
Well, survive obviously but, it’s also to give me a platform. A platform that I can build upon to not make the same mistakes she did, to pursue my dreams, to break generational curses, to be someone special and not just another guy from the neighborhood.
And that's where YouTube comes in. With YouTube, it's different. Not to brag or anything, but, I'm really good at this shit. Like REALLY fucking good. I mean, you guys can testify. And you know, if I really wanted to, I could've theoretically continued on uploading commentary videos of me talking about K-pop and consistently pulled at least 100k per video.
But, I figured, why not go for more? Why would I settle on just uploading bang average videos that people will forget about in a weeks time when I can create one piece of art that people will remember not just weeks, but months no, YEARS after its release. I figured that the ceiling to what I was doing was very limited. And ultimately, I figured that if I kept on limiting myself then I would just end up being average again.
That's why I'm doing this video. I want to show you what I'm really capable of, I want to show you the true essence of hyeautiful, I want to show you how to REALLY do this youtube shit, I want to stop disappointing the people around me, and ultimately, I want to stop disappointing myself.
But yeah, anyways, enough yapping. For the release date, there’s still no guarantee (rendering’s a bitch, ngl & i'm also a weirdo perfectionist so 😔), but do expect it to be released in less than a month's time.
For the video itself, the duration is around 1 hour and 30 minutes (it's a whole movie, trust.) And to give you guys a feel on what the video will be about, basically, it is everything that Hyeautiful stands for put into one soulful, truthful, personal, heartfelt, hopeful-pessimistic, kinda unhinged, kinda weird, subtly uncomfortable, cinematic video filled with messages that will hopefully serve as a start of something even greater.

At the end of the day, nothing is certain. But three things I can tell you for certain is that:
1. This will be my best video ever.
2. This will be the best video in the whole k-pop space ever.
3. This video will cause SO MUCH CHAOS in the K-pop community, you honestly won’t believe it.
