If you’re anything like me, you’ve watched a LOT of ASMR and developed specific tastes. We could be called picky 😁😅 I make ASMR that makes *me* feel relaxed and I share it with the world too.
What is ASMR? To put it very simply, ASMR is a wonderful relaxing sensation induced by some sounds and movements. What triggers it is different per person, if it can be triggered in a person at all. Even without feeling “tingles” in the brain or body, ASMR can induce relaxation in a person, which is a wonderful thing.
People who enjoy ASMR use it to sleep, to study, or just to relax. 😁
