I've been getting a lot of people in my TOP STRONGEST ARCANE (https://youtu.be/vAi2XOuKgeY?si=k-mFW... ) gaslighting me into ranking Ambessa right below Warwick and Viktor. I feel like a lot of people skipped the last episode. Ambessa IS NOT top 3. She's only stronger than a WOUNDED Caitlyn WITHOUT her HEXTECH. Does defeating a WOUNDED Vi who doesn't have her gauntlets either mean you scale above full power Vi? No? Same here. Name me actual feats that rank Ambessa above anyone in the Top 7. The only 2 times Ambessa is challenged by someone in the Top 7 she UNDERPERFORMS:
- Episode 2x07, Timestamp 7:40: Caitlyn WITH her riffle PINS DOWN Ambessa and immobilizes her. Ambessa needed a TANK to get Caitlyn out of her ass.
- Episode 2x07, Timestamp 16:50: Jinx starts shooting everyone everywhere. Ambessa has one of her soldiers shield her.
Those are Ambessa's actual feats excluding her being above Caitlyn (wounded and no hextech weapon) or Mel (who we know is weaker than Jayce). If you like Ambessa, good for you, but she's lacking feats proving she can actually deal with Hextech weapons. She's just a good CQC fighter with average magic resistance. That's all. Could she be higher if we got 3 extra episodes fleshing her out? Sure. Why not. But I don't make lists based on hypotheticals. What we get is what I use.

PLEASE READ VINLAND SAGA!!!
It was recently announced that Vinland Saga would be ending in a few chapters, so I finally decided to read the Manga. I had been an anime only until now. Before reading the manga, I wasn't too attached to Vinland Saga tbh. I really enjoyed Season 1, especially its antagonist, but once he was removed from the story, I lost some interest. Then season 2 arrived, and while I loved how it developed Thorfinn's character, I felt it was too long. I feel like this series, especially it's Farm Arc, is one of those series that loses a lot of its flavor when it gets adapted into an anime. When the story is slowly paced, it's nicer to experience it in a manga medium. It allows the reader to rush through it at their own pace. You can't do that when watching an anime episode. Furthermore, I don't really understand why the author spent so much in the first half of season 2, only for the manga to skip to whole years where Thorfinn SPOILERS fell in love, got married, etc. That's my main issue with the manga. I can't believe they skipped Thorfinn and Gudrid getting together. I had been anticipating those moments since the girl started blushing around Thorfinn.
Leaving that aside, I must say Vinland Sage is one of the better series I have seen in Manga/Anime. It has great characters, nice action, a nice premise, good character development, antagonists with actual motivations that feel rational and not evil for evil's sake, etc. The scene where the panel below on this post appears made me feel 100 times more emotions than JJK's entire final arc or Re Zero's entire anime.

I'll eventually be making a Top Strongest List of all these series. Which one would you prefer?

Frieren (https://youtu.be/aWRaQrK_0GA?si=0WygO... ) is the best Anime ever made. It's hard to compare 2 anime series when one hasn't been concluded yet, but if you just take Frieren's 1st anime season and compare it to the first half-quarter of those other anime you may consider the GOAT, Frieren comes out on Top every time. Whether Frieren will remain that good as the manga continues getting adapted and the story is concluded I can't say, but if the Finale and future seasons are on the level of what came before, I will have no shame saying it's the best anime I've ever watched. Is this a Hot take?

MY THOUGHTS ON JUJUTSU KAISEN (Spoilers for the Manga Finale Ahead):
The JJK manga finally ended with Chapter 271, and I have a lot to say. I'll start with the positive:
JJK has to be one of the most successful anime in recent years. Even though it hasn't been running as much as other New Generation Shonen like My Hero Academia, it certainly surpassed most, if not all of them, in terms of popularity. While a huge part of its relevance is the result of Mappa's incredible anime adaptation, the manga has also managed to stand on its own two feet and kept a big community eagerly waiting for the newest chapter to be released on a weekly basis.
JJK also has one of the best world-building I've seen in fighting anime, especially when it comes to its power systems. In Naruto, for instance, you did have nature elements and Kekkei Genkai that could be inherited, however, as the story progressed, all you needed to be top-tier was to have huge chakra reserves. The nature or quirks of your ability played an aesthetic role, so the winner was always the one with the biggest boom. In JJK, however, even a cursed technique as simple and "weak" as Nobara's Resonance, something we've known about since the start of the series, can play a major role in defeating someone as imposing as Sukuna. The technique doesn't work because Nobara has trained to the point where she can break entire planets apart with her hammer, but because its properties can exploit one of the antagonist's weaknesses.
The characters' abilities are versatile, yet they usually (more on this later) have to abide by a set of established rules. This helps generate discussions on how a fight between two characters would go down or how someone's ability could help solve a particular problem. It allows the community to keep debates active for extended periods of time instead of arguing about who has the highest cursed energy reserves/output.
This has given us the best climactic battle in Shonen, as far as I know. Sukuna wasn't just beaten because Itadori got a sudden, unearned, or non-foreshadowed power-up out of nowhere. It took the entire cast to fight this man, one after the other, to weaken him slowly but surely to the point where he could actually lose. Everyone, no matter how weak, played a role in defeating the antagonist, which cannot be said about other Shonen series.
Finally, JJK has managed to pull off some of the most memorable designs in manga/anime. While I don't particularly resonate with 99% of the characters, it's undeniable that characters like Gojo have created a huge impact on the community thanks to their recognizable design and charming personality. It's quite surprising that a "Kakashi rip-off" can still feel fresh and original in the 2020s.
========================================
Now, the negative:
I'm not a huge JJK fan. While I certainly appreciate and enjoy it, I think it's overrated. It's undeniable that it has improved on previous Big Shonen, taking the tropes that worked, discarding those that didn't, and adding a spin on all of it. However, it lacks the charm and heart older anime have. People, 10 years from now, will still be talking about the Chunin Exams fights, but will they discuss the fights in the Kyoto Exchange event, excluding the ones with Todo? I don't think so.
Gege has made a few huge fumbles with Chekhov's Gun. For those who don't know, Chekhov's Gun is a narrative principle that states that every element in a story must be necessary, and irrelevant elements should be removed. For example, if a writer features a gun in a story, there must be a reason for it, such as it being fired sometime later in the plot. Gege seems to have made sure to avoid including irrelevant elements, but there are some apparent exceptions. These exceptions are usually tied to another of Gege's problems as a writer: plot devices/conveniences.
For example, Nobara. We all know that anime characters are never dead unless they actually show the corpse and we get confirmation of their death. If Nobara had been killed by Mahito, they wouldn't have had those lines saying there's a non-zero chance she lives and then ignored her for a hundred chapters. In this case, those lines are the "gun" and her return is the "gun being fired." Everyone knew she was bound to come back—that is to say, the "gun" would be "fired"—but the way she returned was extremely forced. Just think about it. What would have happened if she had woken up one day earlier? Sukuna would have likely died during the fight with Gojo. On the other hand, what if it had taken her an extra day to recover? Sukuna would have won. You can even be more nitpicky and ask what would have happened if she simply woke up an hour earlier. It's impossible for me to read Nobara's panels and not see Gege's giant hand holding her as if she were an action figure.
Another example: why did Yorozu give Sukuna Kamutoke? Did Gege introduce the weapon because it would play a major role in his next fights? The answer is that it was simply introduced so that Higuruma's domain failed. The weapon isn't used a single time in the story. It's just there so Sukuna can get out of trouble. Which brings me to another point. Why spend an entire chapter discussing whether Higuruma's domain will work on Sukuna if he's not going to use it in the end? Sukuna simply says he's guilty. It seems like a waste of time. The same goes for spending a lot of panels in the last chapters discussing Simple Domain lore drops or having Itadori and the rest of the trio investigate why an incel is cursing a lady. Couldn't we have spent those pages actually explaining what's up with Tengen, the rest of the world, and whether Itadori/Yuta/Megumi can/will become the next Gojo, like the latter prophesized?
It also seems to me like Gege sometimes makes rules about how sorcery works on the fly. Sukuna's multiple binding vows, Gojo/Sukuna changing the conditions of their domains, Ui Ui being able to swap souls, Higuruma's domain targeting cursed tools and not the user, Todo regaining his CT, etc. I'm not sure if they can even be called retcons since they don't actually strongly contradict pre-established rules, but it seems forced. It's like Gege comes up with an interesting matchup/idea he wants to explore, realizes he's written himself into a corner, and then simply screams "Binding Vow that", "mmmm actually, his CT can also do X, Y, and Z." It feels like cheating, to be honest.
That's about it on my part. I could certainly expand on the positive and negative aspects more, but I just wanted to discuss my main points. If you disagree with me and think JJK is the best thing ever and that there are no problems with it, more power to you. You're free to discuss it in the comments.

The latest JJK Chapter confirms that Yuta didn't blitz Kenjaku, that Kenjaku is HIM, and that Yuta + Partially Manifested Rika > Cursed Spirit Manipulation > Maki.
Stop ranking Geto below Maki and Yuta above Kenjaku pls.

I like making Tops. Both editing them and sharing them with other people. My purpose is to be as non-biased as I possibly can and to make the video as enjoyable as possible. Anyone can take random screenshots from a series, a random track they like, and upload it on youtube. There are dozens of channels that do this. I want to be different. I always try and use the coolest wallpapers/fanarts I can find, and a track that matches the series as good as possible. I want people to FEEL the video. In summary, I want to make my videos so that I'd like them if I hadn't made them myself. I obviously don't own the pictures and music I use, so I generally leave a link to the music on the description. Leaving a link to every single pic I use would be too much, so if you see a specific image you like just leave a comment asking for the link and I'll give it to you. If you want to talk with me about any other thing just join my Discord.
