BuffScan is a philosophy-driven digital movement that promotes the open collection and distribution of public safety incidents and events in and around Buffalo City proper.
This YouTube channel includes videos in two directions: Future content and past or "legacy" content posts that were generated prior to the channel's own creation or before the channel was taken particularly seriously. I post the latter as a matter of boredom though I will eventually have posted most of what I have one day.
Some of the video content if not most of it will seem "mundane" and almost pointless. However, they are presented in the framework of BuffScan's philosophy which merits the mere documenting of public safety activity over what many would consider substance. This is not profit driven and with a public internet/web culturized by capitalistic development, this will seem "strange" to you, at least at first.
