Originally fat (85Kg) → became skinny (57Kg) due to wrong diet after marriage
I met men's coach George and started muscle training, and I'm currently aiming to become a muscular man! (75Kg as of March 2024)
I work as a transfer employee every day, and while I don't have much time, I would like to share with you how you can train your body anywhere!
