I am rebooting my channel to focus on Ancient and Contemporary Christianity outside the Roman West, and Eastern Orthodox East, which is the source of the strange, dated term "Oriental", first used to describe the non-Chalcedonian Orthodox, aka Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch, Coptic Orthodox Church, Ethiopian Orthodox Church, and Armenian Apostolic Church. Outside of that the term also applies to Assyrian Church of the East, and various Catholic Churches that descended from these bodies that retained their ancestorial rites, as well as to the Maronite Catholics of Lebanon, and the Saint Thomas Christian (Protestants) of India.
