My old graphics card died, so decided to treat myself to an early Christmas Present, it was unexpected but I’m looking forward to setting this up and seeing how fast it is!
Path Tracer fail!! I tried to render my latest scene using Path Tracer in Unreal! Looks like I need to optimise it a little, perhaps remove some lights or perhaps some VDBs!!
Hey there everyone!
Apologies that I haven't posted for a few weeks, I haven't stopped making videos, I am in the middle of a house move at the moment and things have become a little tricky to keep on top of, my day job has also become a bit more full on recently so my channel had to slow down for a little while.
But I am still working away on new scenes, and new ideas are constantly coming to me, as well some much loved and appreciated suggestions from you, thank you :)
Right now in fact, I am in the final stages of a new scene, so that should be out soon, but I just wanted you all to know that I haven't stopped and there are no problems, I just had to slow down for a little while :) But once I am in my new place (fingers crossed it will all go smoothly) things will be back to a more normal pace, and I can get on with more and more content as I usually do.
I just wanted you to know that I appreciate you all, and thank you for continuing to watch my content.
Much love
Aaron
Hello everyone, I thought I would share a little snippet from my latest piece that I'm working on, can you guess the inspiration behind this one? Hopefully I will have this one ready sometime this week for you :) Stay safe and have a great weekend!
Hey everyone, I have been working away in the background on trying to add soft fluffy or furry furniture to my scenes in Unreal, it's been a quite a bit of research and trying different things, until now its never been to the quality that I wanted, but I think I finally have some nice tests to show you, I will hopefully be able to add things like this now to my scenes, things like this in Blender are fairly easy to do and do not need much work, but to achieve this in unreal is quite difficult.
Here are a couple of tests I made this morning, one is a capture in a default unreal scene with my new furry cushion, and another in my most recent cyberpunk China scene, but with daylight lighting and mountains so I could see the fur (I was going to make my latest scene a mountain range during the day at one point, but decided not to do it, and went for night cyberpunk-esque vibe instead).
Stay safe everyone and thanks for watching!
Hey everyone, I hope you had a lovely thanksgiving!
I'd love to hear from you about how you listen or watch my videos, do you put them on your TV, do you watch them on your Laptop, or even on your phone?
It would be very interesting to hear how my videos help you too, I know that some people have these on whilst they're at work, others use them to sleep, how do you use them?
Please look after yourselves, stay safe out there everyone and thanks for sticking with me!!

Right now I am at a beautiful location doing a special course in audio, developing and pushing my skills in audio recording further. It is wonderful here and like going back in time 500 years. At the moment it’s just gone 11pm and I’m recording the distant sounds of sheep, why are they not asleep? I’m away for the weekend and will back to my channel on Monday, sweet dreams everyone!
Hey everyone,
I have noticed that my recent 4K live streams are stalling, so expect them to be replaced with HD versions in the next few days. Sorry for any downtime you might face with these streams, but it will only take a few minutes to replace them when I get to them.
Take care and stay safe everyone!
Aaron
It's great to see my scene made into a real 3D model, check out @Samy-Modellbau Diorama of my future high rise bedroom scene, by the way I had no idea this was being done, so it was a nice surprise! Amazing work Samy!
Hi, welcome to my channel,
I am a Games Industry Artist, and I have been in that Industry for nearly 20 years now, I specialise in real time 3D Art and Visual Effects. I make my content using skills that I have learned whilst making Games and other digital art over the last 20 years.
Some of my scenes contain a small number licensed assets, and are used as a time saving device to aid my workflow, and are always changed a great deal from their original state and are always added in a supporting role to my own work that I do, I ALWAYS make sure that I have the relevant permission and/or license from the licensers to use in my scenes.
If you like my videos, then please feel free to like and subscribe for more content.
I hope you enjoy my videos and thanks for watching.
I do not give permission for people to reuse/reupload/copy any parts of my videos, please do not take without asking first, and if you do ask, its likely going to be no. Thanks for understanding
