I've had years of sleeping problems with no solution until I found something a few years back that has changed the sleeping game! You've probably heard about it before; it's called ASMR. This abbreviation stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it comes in a form of tingle that is tough to describe.
Ever had goosebumps listening to music? ASMR can be described as a similar feeling, although it varies between people.
