I have enjoyed fitness since college: aerobics, running, hiking, biking, weightlifting and Pilates. The transition to fitness instructor made sense and has been a complete joy! When Covid lockdown began, I continued to teach Pilates for free virtually, but I wanted to do more. My family has always encouraged my work, and it was their idea to start a YouTube Channel. My husband and I needed a purpose during the lockdown, and filming workouts for my channel was a great way to spend our days. My fitness journey has not been without injuries. I've had four orthopedic surgeries, including a total knee replacement in 2017. I love Pilates because it is a very safe and effective way to work your WHOLE body!
