Staying focused in the morning with so many jobs needing to be done and so little time switching between jobs but never actually completing
anything(Task paralysis) as of today this is what I am doing to solve my issue hope this helps someone.
1. Positioning my screen so that it is eye level or above this will increase alertness.
2. Putting headphones on and playing low volume white noise.
3. After 90 minutes taking a break, we have 90-minute ultradian cycles, so our mind needs a reset after this.
