When I inherited this chef knife from my grandpa, I was so
surprised that I can still save it after all these years.
It really inspired me that maybe all knives are unavoidable
to become dull/rusted, but if we are willing to take action, we can
save them from the garbage can and bring any dull/rusted knives
back to life!
It's easy to throw away an old knife and buy a new one in this
modern fast life, but to re-sharpen the old knives and make them
refresh again, requires more efforts.
The real question is some people don't know that if they use
the right sharpening tools and sharpening skills, they could easily
sharpen a knife and make it better than ever.
When you feel the
big differences in your knife after you sharpened it, that’s the kind
of joy can not be bought.
It is economical to your pocket and environmentally friendly
to the earth, join the sharpening club and let us make the old
knives sharp again, and make the aged earth young again.
