Is it ok to move to the country?
Until the beginning of the pandemic, this question made no sense to me.
For a city dweller, the advantages of the metropolis cannot be replaced.
And yet. If you are over 40 years old and have only been in sports for the last 20 years: "looking at TV, PC and phone" is the time to make a change! You have to get out of your comfort zone! Move to the country! I'm starting to miss you! Stop sitting on the couch! Eat healthy! Drink spring water! Break wood!
