I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I would like to help you become more knowledgeable about the body. I’m still learning but you can follow along my weight loss journey and pick up a few tips along the way. I also have a passion for cars. My family has a 1970 GTO Judge, 1969 Z28 Camaro, 1979 Trans Am and, my daily driver, 2013 Camaro that will be featured on the channel.
