MICHAEL W. COOK is a multiple award-winning author across three genres: #philosophy, #mythology, and #poetry. He is a 2022 winner of the Readers' Favorite Gold & Bronze Medals, seven Outstanding Creator 1st Place Medals, Firebird Book Award, Literary Titan Book Gold & Silver Awards. He retired as a Major from the U.S. Air Force, received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership (Ph.D.) from Liberty University. He is author of Meditations for Modern Man: Wisdom from your Father, Passamaquoddy Legends (Annotated Edition), Shadow of the Trees: Poems & Prose, and the Passamaquoddy Legends Puzzle Book series. Michael is currently working on a memoir about growing up in Downeast Maine.
