1ļøā£ You do want to lift heavy
Gender doesnāt matter when it comes to weight lifting.
As long as youāre focused on hypertrophy thatās what will help you build muscle š
2ļøā£ Make sure you get the right amount of protein
That way you can build muscle properly.
Most vegans unfortunately donāt consume enough protein š
They focus more on salads, rice, beans and nuts instead.
Tofu, tempeh and seitan will help you get those gains š„
3ļøā£ Lastly you want to be in a slight caloric surplus
Eating more calories than you burn is important in building muscle.
