Being Vegan While Traveling Is Not Hard, Hereā€™s Why šŸ‘€

Short answer: no.

The only reason you say itā€™s hard is because the places you go to have no vegan options.

Especially for you new vegans, you can use this as an excuse to chew on some steak šŸ„©

Youā€™d think itā€™s hard to be a vegan here in Brazil.

Guess again šŸ˜

La Fruteira has tons of vegan foods like the Uai Tofu.

This whole block has 48 grams of protein šŸ¤Æ

If youā€™re a cheesehead, have no fear.

They got plant-based mozzarella šŸ§€

Love yogurt? Youā€™re in luck.

Need some milk? There are tons of plant-based options šŸŒ±

You can also get vegan junk food like this plant-based fish from The New.

Being vegan is easy šŸ¤·

You must go to a grocery store with the right foods rather than eating out.

If you want to help to build a vegan grocery list for when youā€™re on the roadā€¦

Whey Protein vs. Vegan Protein: Which Is Better? šŸ’ŖšŸŒ±

Whatā€™s better: whey protein or vegan protein? It depends on how you feel. As someone whoā€™s been in bodybuilding for over a decade, Iā€™ve seen many bodybuilders suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), experiencing gas and bloating. Itā€™s not always about steroidsā€”itā€™s often the whey protein, which is dairy-based.

Switch to plant-based powders like @sunwarrior Active Protein. No gas, no bloating, and it even has added probiotics to help with digestion, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.

Want To Get Jacked? Hereā€™s Why You Should Eat Veggies šŸ‘€

Stop yourself from making this dumb comment.

ā€œThereā€™s no protein in vegetables!ā€

Listen to me first šŸ‘‚

These foods help me build muscle.

Theyā€™re high in fiber, which helps your microbiome.

Good bacteria from veggies turn into probiotics.

Youā€™ll become healthier this way šŸ”‹

Most of your immune system lives in your gut.

Which is why itā€™s crucial to eat whole foods ā—ļø

Vegetables are an excellent anti-inflammatory that aids recovery.

Hereā€™s The 3 Best Ways To Build Muscle As A Vegan šŸ”„

I hate hearing this myth.

Lots of carnivores and new vegans think itā€™s impossible to build muscle šŸ˜£

Iā€™m here to show you why thatā€™s BS.

These 3 things helped me become a ripped vegan:

1ļøāƒ£ First is to lift weights

A mixture of lifting heavy with high repetition gives you the best balance.

That way you build strength through hypertrophy and endurance šŸ„µ

2ļøāƒ£ Make sure to eat foods high in protein

Take this block of seitan for example.

It has 70g of protein šŸ¤Æ

3ļøāƒ£ Track your macros

I use a free app called MyFitnessPal which helps me be on top of my nutrition.

Are you in the 200 or 300 lbs club?

Does losing weight feel impossible?

When you have a lot of body fat, even thinking about dieting and exercise feels like an impossible task.

The longer you wait, the worse you will feel. I donā€™t have to sit here and tell you that being overweight is unhealthy.

I believe you already know that. You can feel how your body aches with back and knee pains, the lack of energy you have when waking up in the morning, and feeling sluggish throughout the day. You probably already got diagnosed with some health-related issue, and your doctor is telling you that you have to make some lifestyle changes, especially with your diet.

The question I have for you is when you are going to start.

The longer you donā€™t take action, your health will get worst. In some cases, if anything worse happens, it may be too late!

Erinkate Morrison from Oxford, Maine, reached up to 275 lbs and knew she had to stop the weight gain.

Erinkate decided to do my 16-week transformation program and work with my team and me to begin this weight-loss journey.

In 7.5 months, Erinkate has already lost 75 lbs (34kg)

Erinkate is learning how to meal prep, count macros, and enjoy a vegan lifestyle to keep the weight off forever!

Erinkate has more to lose, so letā€™s congratulate her on her progress!

Do you want me to help you start your weight loss journey to have results like Erinkate?

Unsure Why Youā€™re Cheating On Your Diet? Watch This šŸ‘€

This just means one thing.

Thereā€™s something you donā€™t know šŸ˜•

But thatā€™s not a reason to quit.

These are some ways I curb my appetite to stay in a deficit easily šŸ“‰

1ļøāƒ£ First off, I drink more water

Being hydrated is crucial to curbing your appetite.

Sometimes the feeling of hunger is really just dehydration šŸ¤·

It makes you feel satisfied longer so you donā€™t have the urge to snack.

Try even adding electrolytes to reduce that sweet tooth, too šŸ¬

2ļøāƒ£ Get more protein in

This is the best macronutrient for building muscle and recovering from workouts.

You wonā€™t gain any fat from adding extra protein either šŸ‘

3ļøāƒ£ Lastly is eating high-volume foods

Youā€™ll want to grab foods that contain a lot of fiber especially ā—

This slows down digestion and keeps you full for longer periods of time.

You can find fiber in fruits and vegetables šŸ…

If you want to get that ripped six packā€¦

The Truth About Lifting Heavy As A Woman šŸ˜Æ

I hate hearing this.

Many women believe lifting heavy will turn them into a man šŸ¤¦

To add on most men think being a vegan turns you into a women.

So what does that make me? šŸ¤£

None of itā€™s true.

These are 3 ways to build muscle as a female vegan:

1ļøāƒ£ You do want to lift heavy

Gender doesnā€™t matter when it comes to weight lifting.

As long as youā€™re focused on hypertrophy thatā€™s what will help you build muscle šŸ‘

2ļøāƒ£ Make sure you get the right amount of protein

That way you can build muscle properly.

Most vegans unfortunately donā€™t consume enough protein šŸ˜ž

They focus more on salads, rice, beans and nuts instead.

Tofu, tempeh and seitan will help you get those gains šŸ”„

3ļøāƒ£ Lastly you want to be in a slight caloric surplus

Eating more calories than you burn is important in building muscle.

Thatā€™s where I come in.

I help many of my students do reverse dieting properly šŸ˜Æ

If you need help with thisā€¦
