Hello there! My name is Rohil Jethmalani, and I am a Yoga teacher from India. I recently finished Masters in Cognitive Science and wish to fuse the ancient yogic practices with modern science. Here, I will be sharing on the one hand, different tools and techniques of yoga, meditation and breathwork. On the other hand I will share the theory behind yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and modern scientific understandings about all things cognition.
