The Betz Institute for innovative orthopedics, based in Diakonie Klinikum Neunkirchen in Saarland, Germany, is well-known and respected worldwide for limb-lengthening with internal systems. It was founded over 15 years ago by biologist Yvonne Betz, MSc., and Prof. Dr. Augustin Betz.
