It’s been quite some time since my last video as I had to take some time off due to personal reasons.
I’m so happy to tell you that I’m excited to return to YouTube and to continue sharing my favourite gluten free recipes with you.
This little picture is of a bread recipe I created using plain or all purpose gluten free flour last time I was on, there was a video but it was quite messy so I’ve edited it and will be up shortly.
In the meantime I’ve been experimenting making other baked goodies using this very same recipe and I can’t wait to show you what else we can make using this very same recipe.

As promised I’ve been testing the bread recipe from the shorts video I posted a couple of days ago and I think it’s something we can work with, and eat!
I’ve been off for a while and I’m happy to be back in the swing of things. If you follow me on Insta you’ll know I was a bit sick and family commitments set me back somewhat. Anyway feeling much better now and the video & recipe will be out by the weekend so stay tuned.

Hey guys
Thanks so much for tuning in and watching & helping to build our little community.
I just posted a video for my 2 Minute Magic Dough and besides pizza it can also be used to make pies.
Now depending on where you’re from you might call these pasties, calzones, or pies.
The first picture has cheese chicken & corn stuffing and the pie was brushed with milk, I didn’t have time to make an egg wash which would have been ideal. The second picture is the same recipe but I switched out the milk for almond milk with a stuffing of baby spinach & herbs as I wanted a vegan version for lent.
Need to fine tune the vegan one a bit but I’ll post as soon as the recipe is good.

Hey there everyone
Last week I posted a little short showcasing some recipes that I was going to post and a few of you jumped on board and subscribed! This is exciting for me as I disappeared for a while during the move and was unable to post videos and everything slowed down.
So I just want to say thanks for liking and subscribing because it helps our channel grow…yay!
But here’s the problem or not, the experts tell me that shorts subscribers don’t actually watch the longer videos so I’ve made a few short videos (about 1 min 20sec ) for you. I also want to thank the fine folks who prefer a longer video and subscribe because you’ve watched them, it honestly makes my work worthwhile ❤️

I’m really excited to share my new gluten free 2 ingredient pizza dough that doesn’t involve yoghurt and is ready in 10 minutes or less- depending on how you like it and there’s loads of advice included about the ingredients, tips and hacks.
My place is up for sale so a bit slow with posting but this video should be ready early next week.
