My name is Tina, me & my husband Paul are here to share not only how to grow organic food, take recipes & tweak them into healthier versions, how to raise healthy & happy chickens, inexpensive DIY projects…we love repurposing things, but also how we have a beautiful marriage, friendship, a peaceful life together and we would love to share how to have this all for yourself also.
I have Mixed Connective Tissue disease & Paul has heart & kidney issues, he is also Autistic having Asperger’s syndrome…I’m here to tell you that food is healing, grow your own food, staying active, doing your own projects and living a purposeful peaceful life is so important for the health of your mind, body and soul.
