So what do you think...bright and bold or subdued and relaxed color pallette? (I wanted to put the hummingbirds on the inside but ran out of room...these #altenew florals are BIG.)

Just a little something I worked on behind the scenes. I think they turned out pretty cute. My little wee bear helped me stuff them. She was a big helper. Hope you like them!

These stationary boxes have been on my "future make" list for years. Well, I finally made them. I have no clue whom I'll give them to, but I did enjoy making them. 6 cards and envelopes. The cards have amazing texture by using an embossing folder to give dimension. I included sticky notes and a pen. I included 6 sentiments that can be added to the cards or some other project. The sentiments are a bright white layered on a vellum backer. (Or someone can slip some stamps in there.) All of this gets tucked inside this box that can be carried anywhere or left on display for when you need to send a card. Again...no idea who these will go to, but lots of fun to make, and now I can cross them off my list. ;)

Making several projects off screen. Being a very selfish crafty and making some projects just for me. When I say me I mean I'm making stuff for others but I get more out of it than they do. Today's finished project is a prime example. Finally finished a family calendar for my family. Used a new Taylored Expression stencil set and some oldie but goodie stamps and stencils from my stash. Pleased with how it turned out. Now onto the next.

Finally finished up the kids teacher appreciation gifts. I don't know if teachers care anything about the stuff I give them but I do want them to know I appreciate them. These will probably go out right before Thanksgiving break. There's 12 4 Bar cards and envelopes and a coordinating pen.

When your MIL needs bday cards for church members male and female alike the wintery forest stencils from Honey Bee are a good go to.

Created this for my husband's office. Used some #tayloredexpressions stencils and #simonsaysstamp inks. The stand was from Amazon. Lots of fun and quick. A great masculine twist for a #2025calendar.

No video today, but I did want to share something I worked on off screen that turned out pretty awesome. I have a fisherman in my life, and for his birthday, I wanted to create a card using this awesome set from Honey Bee Stamps called Lovely Layers Lures. It was a great scrap buster of a card, and I think it turned out great. I'll be back later with another video and card tutorial. Until then,...paper hugs!
