A little about myself... I am an E-RYT500 certified yoga instructor and a Software Engineer. For over a decade, I've shared my passion for yoga with diverse students in various San Francisco Bay Area yoga studios and gyms. I was a devoted Ashtanga Mysore practitioner; teaching yoga is an integral part of my yogic journey, with the goal of sharing the profound benefits of yoga with the world. I believe in guiding you to discover the 'love and light' through a proper yoga practice. My classes cater to both beginners and advanced practitioners, providing a range of options and detailed explanations throughout each session. With over 5000 hours of teaching experience and solid reviews from students, I am confident in delivering a meaningful and enriching yoga experience.
