Hi beloved’s. Iam Elnaz
I was born and raised in iran till my high school
My journey of self discovery started back in 2010 when my parents send me to India to become a pharmacist
As i was living in India I became introduced to yoga with a curious mind.
Over the years I traveled all around India & Nepal,stayed in different ashrams attended women circles and workshops on my path to self love and healing.
Coming from a country which suppresses women in all kind of ways took me years learning how to love myself and unfolding the layers my inner existence
I got my first certificate in 2014 from swami vivekananda yoga university in Bangalore
And from yoga alliance in 2022.
