Something NO online coaches tell you about their 8 week before and after photo.

Yes, this is me, and yes, the difference is dramatic—but here’s what most online coaches won’t tell you:

1️⃣ I was in a 1,000-calorie-a-day deficit for eight weeks. Aggressive? Absolutely. Sustainable? Absolutely not.
2️⃣ I slapped on a fake tan, got greased up with baby oil, had professional photographer and lighting, plus shaved off all body hair (yes even my arms including forearms). Trust me, I don’t walk around looking like this in Aldi.
3️⃣ Most importantly, even though it’s not obvious in the before, I already had some muscle under the fluff, so when the fat came off, the muscle showed.

So, if you’re just starting out and don’t have much muscle yet, your journey will look different—and that’s OK.

My point? Weight loss is achievable, but context matters. These results worked for me because of where I started, and they were possible because I had the foundation already built.

So don’t compare your Chapter 1 to someone else’s Chapter 20—or their spray-tanned, baby-oiled, perfect-lighting Chapter 20. Focus on your own progress because that’s what really counts.

Hot or cold beans?

Last weekend at the @ifs_events in Ibiza, I learned a lot, but the best lesson I took away was this:

Hot or cold beans—it’s all down to personal preference. Neither choice is wrong; they’re still beans, and how someone enjoys theirs is entirely up to them.

So why on earth am I talking about beans? Because they’re a metaphor.

The point is, achieving success is a personal journey. No two paths are identical. Every speaker at the event reached their own version of success in their own way—not by copying others, but by staying true to themselves and their brand.

Whether it’s business, weight loss, family, or work, the same applies. Find your way, but learn from those who’ve succeeded before you. Adapt what works for you, your life, and how you want to live.

We only get one life. Out of millions of possibilities, *you* were the one that made it. This is your journey—it doesn’t have to stand still.

It’s when we shut ourselves off from growth that things stagnate.

Find your support, be inspired, and embrace the ups and downs. There will be lows, but aim for a life with more highs. That’s the key to living fully.

Lots of love,
Craig

𝗛𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱, “𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲!”

It was 2002, and dancing in a bar was a normal Friday night. Drinks, a group of us, my brother, and the usual suspects having fun. I was 21—no responsibilities and no plan.

Walking from the dance floor to the bar, the stickiness of old alcohol and sweat clung to my shoes. The music was too loud for conversation, just a mix of gestures and shouting in someone’s ear.

Our group was a mix of lads and lasses. One of my friends, a lass, was being harassed by a drunk guy. She came over and said, "Craig, that guy won’t take a hint, he won’t leave me alone."

Without thinking, I did what I thought anyone would do. I went over and said, "Mate, can you back off? She’s not interested."

Next thing I knew, I was surrounded by six blokes glaring at me. One had a bottle, and the guy I’d spoken to said:

"When you leave, I’m going to stab you until you’re dead."

Wow—that escalated quickly.

Luckily, one of my friends knew the door staff. They escorted the group away, and we were told to stay inside for a while before heading home.

Looking back, I was lucky to be around the right people. It made me realise that putting yourself at risk for others isn’t always the best way to help. I should’ve gone straight to security.

Sometimes, putting yourself first is the only way to really help those around you. Like my client, who always put her family first but felt exhausted and stressed. She finally prioritised herself, focused on her health, and lost weight. She gained confidence, had more energy for her kids, and felt amazing on holiday. Her transformation wasn’t just physical—it was mental.

By looking after herself, she became a stronger, more present mother for her family. It wasn’t selfish—it was necessary.

If you’re always putting others first, remember: your well-being matters too. Take care of you, and everything else will follow.

If you’re not sure how to do this because you can’t remember the last time you thought about yourself first, send me a comment and I’ll help.

I simply can’t….

I can’t leave Slimming World.

It’s helped me lose weight several times.

Nah, Weight Watchers, for me, I always lose weight with them.

Nope Keto, that’s the secret weapon.

Hold on one moment……..

If they are the secret weapon why do you have to use them again?

Surely, losing weight a successful way is keeping it off?

I mean that’s what I did.

But you’re a fitness coach so it’s easy for you!!

I’m a busy human—just like you!

And like Chris, who gets home from work drained and ready to stop, the day in the office has had him juggling his projects with those who don’t pull their weight.

If that wasn’t enough for one day, he is a single parent, meaning time is short.

He convinced himself, he hates gyms.

That age was the reason for a slow metabolism.

That he’ll never find time to make it work.

These are all things that went through his mind.

He has now lost count of the amount of classes he tried to transform his body.

They all didn’t last, or work.

Just like all those diets you’ve tried.

It feels like they are working while in them, but once you stop, you gain the weight back and, more often, more than you lost.

Chris is now over 15 kg down. Trains at home, using all the concepts that work in the gym.

He has the energy to keep up with his son, playing football in the park, and is now looking for additional challenges like the Three Peaks.

Is this by pure chance or is it something else. Maybe it’s because he asked for help, guidance from someone that has been in his shoes.

But you think coaching won’t work for me because it feels alien, different, and uncertain because it’s not familiar.

Guess what so did Chris.

On 30th August, 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗩𝟴, our 8-week introduction to online coaching programme, launches to start on 9th September.

It guarantees results, but not only that, you get two additional weeks of support to keep the weight off for good. Now, that’s a successful way to lose weight.

To find out how this has worked for all the previous SOLD OUT Renov8 clients, head here: dr-r-v-fitness-lrihht.mailerpage.io/

You don’t have to sign up, but you’ll be crazy not to find out all about it first.

𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟭𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝗸𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗱?

I’m sure you have heard this one before.

And the answer is neither weighs more than the other as they are both weigh 1kg.

But the volume is greater in feathers.

Which weighs more a teaspoon of mayonnaise or a teaspoon of light mayonnaise. Neither weighs more but the volume of calories is different.

Understanding the the amount of energy in food isn’t related to the size of the portion is key to weight loss.

Making swaps with lower calorie foods doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice of food size.

Mayonnaise (full fat) is very high in calories and a go to for a lot of people. Shop sandwiches are also normally caked in the stuff.

Teaching small manageable changes is how I get clients results, just like Vicky did. On the 9th September I am giving you a system to make weight loss FINALLY work and stick for you in our 8 weeks programme RENOV8. For more details comment 𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗩𝟴

The end of summer is around the corner, and you know at the end of it, you will be feeling it—both physically and emotionally.

The weight you tried to shed in January is back 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡, plus a few more lbs.

You can't bear the thought of cutting carbs, skipping meals, and another other fad diet. Because as soon as you relax, the weight will come back with a vengeance, leaving you even more frustrated than before.

You can't do another year of thinking, "𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝." instead of every reflection reminding you of how far you still have to go.

And it’s not just about the extra weight—it’s about how this constant battle has drained you.

You’re tired of the emotional rollercoaster, the yo-yo dieting, the fleeting motivation, and the disappointment that follows when the weight creeps back on.

It’s affecting your body, your mind, and your confidence.

You might even be starting to feel the nagging worry about what the future holds if things don’t change.

But what if this time could be different? What if you could finally break free from this exhausting cycle?

Imagine next summer: You can jump in the pool and walk around feeling confident and comfortable in the first outfit you put on.

That’s where RenoV8 2.0 comes in. 🤩

This program isn’t just about quick fixes—it’s about building habits and routines that will stick.

Starting on September 9th, we’re offering an 8-week journey with a bonus 2-week reverse strategy to help you maintain your progress.

Plus, you’ll get support from 3 coaches who are dedicated to helping you achieve long-term success.

But here’s the thing—only 30 spots are available. Last time, it sold out in less than a day, and we had to double the intake.

On average, clients lost 10lbs in 8 weeks, with some losing up to 19lbs!

If you’re ready to finally make a change, join the priority list before we go live on August 30th.

Just comment ‘𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗩𝟴’ on this post, and I’ll send you all the details directly. This could be the start of something lasting—don’t miss out.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Most people think of a before and after photo... 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚

Many being coached think that once they get a physical transformation, it’s time to leave. 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗪𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚

However those who leave for the right reasons transform their lives 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥!

So what is the right reason?

The right reason to leave is when the habits and transformations become a mindset change, when it’s on autopilot, and when you know how to keep on the path for life.

This is exactly what Becky has done. Her life and body have transformed.

Becky has been a client for just over a year. It took her a year to decide to have a coach. She tried the first 12 months solo and made little progress, but after reaching out and having me as a coach, she has that physical transformation but also has everything to continue to be the best, happiest, and strongest version of herself, FOREVER!

She invested in her health, and it’s paid her back with stacks of interest. 💷💷

If you want to make one of the best investments you can for yourself, which will set you up forever. Comment the word 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 and I’ll show you how I’ll do the same for you.

I stopped taking Tongkat Ali for a week (because I ran out, and a new batch is in the mail), and my snoring has started creeping up again.

Could it be a coincidence?

It will be interesting to see if it comes down after restarting.

The results of my testosterone from taking it for the initial 30 days surprised me, and I look forward to seeing results for the next 30 days (when it finally arrives 🙈)

To see what happened, check out my recent YT video:

I Took Viral Testosterone Powder For 30 Days. DID IT WORK?

It’s easy to get sucked into what we see on social media, especially in 2024 when 50% of accounts seem to be online fitness coaches… JEEZ!

But remember, what you see is the best 1% of their lives, and even that is rarely true.

Imagine you’re on holiday, walking down the beach. How many shredded, unbelievably fit people would you see? Maybe 1% or less!

This is my point; it is easy to feel every man, woman and his dog are in great shape, and that's because that is all that is shown on this little screen you are reading this from right now. 📱

Health matters, but when we see an abundance of 1%s, it is probably easy to think, I’ll never get there, so why bother?

Or do you believe that is what the pinnacle of health is? When it is not.

On the 17th of June, I am offering the most ridiculous cost to teach you everything I know about weight loss that the 99%, not posting on social media, can action to make a real difference to their health and well-being for just £2.

There is no tie-in, no contract, and you can cancel anytime. Heck, you could take all my guides and cancel after the first week and have years of experience at your fingertips for £2; the recipe books alone have cost me some dollars, which you can have.

But recipe books are pointless if you don’t know how to lose weight sustainably.

Plus, you’ll have access to the hub and secret the success of this weight loss programme. The community where I’ll be on hand daily to help you even further.

It might not be £2 forever, but I can promise you it is on the 17th of June.

Head here to find out more details in the coming days: coaching.actionfitness.online/2lbsprogram/
