Hi, we’re Josh and Abi. In 2015 we quit our jobs to become farmers. We sold our flat in London and left for the Welsh countryside. What a rollercoaster ride it's been! We've had the best time of our lives and also the most challenging. The farm has gone from pasture to a mixed agroforestry system - which we designed using agroecological and permaculture principles. At one point we were the UK’s only organic duck egg producer. Unfortunately in 2023 we had to close the egg business. Today we specialise in breeding Regenerative livestock, composting and perennial agroforestry. Parc Carreg is now a 10 acre experimental test site for regenerative ideas.
