He has been engaged in active pulpit ministry since 1971, serving as Pastor of New Life International Pentecostal Fellowship for 28 years. His wife of 53 years, Sharon, is his partner and key encourager in all he does. Beechard is a certified leadership coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Group, and leads his own leadership training organization and ministry, Eagles Nest Forum.
