My goal with this Channel is to share my journey as a new motorcycle rider, bringing positivity and encouragement to those who wish to join in my adventures.
I started my journey with motorcycles in 2021, despite being petrified of them. I’d ride with my husband on a Yamaha SCR950. Without a doubt, it is not the most passenger-friendly motorcycle. I remember one ride where there were many tears secretly shed on the twisty VA-211 (If you know, you know). It was during a trip over 200 miles one way, that I decided something drastic had to change! Two weeks later we purchased a beautiful red V-Star 1300 with sissy bar and only 4 miles on it.
Our youngest showed interest in motorcycles and I foolishly told him that if he signed up for the MSF class, I would too. Thus beginning the next chapter of my adventure on motorcycles. Riding solo by January 2022.
So, please come “RIDE WITH ME” as I share trips as both a passenger and pilot of my motorcycle. …. or should I say motorcycles?
