Hi! I am Swati Suramya, a writer, mother and a cancer survivor. I have always felt there is a void when it comes to communities for women in their 30s and 40s. It is at this stage in our lives when we get weighed down by our responsibilities and forget to love ourselves.
This community is about our lives, our health, our fitness, our nutrition, our wellness, our battles and the battle scars. This is a collaborative, non-judgmental space for women, irrespective of whether you're a working professional, homemaker, single mother, not a mother, boss babe, go getter, laidback lazy bum.
I will be sharing advice on various aspects of health and fitness, parenting tips, and in general - life lessons from our lives.
