This is Kazuma Tanaka, representative of Tanaka Farm. We operate beef breeding farmers, hoofers and meat retailers in the Tajima region in northern Hyogo prefecture. I love animals since I was little and started a new ranch in 2002. I keep "Tajima beef" which is the root of Japanese beef and the raw beef of Kobe beef.
