The channel has been set up as a taster to show the different types of drills and skills you can practice on court by yourself or with another player.
I have been playing squash and racketball for the last 40 odd years and practising has been a major part of helping me become a better player.
I have played for England at 3 different age levels, been ranked No.1 under 19 in the country and No.18 in the English professional rankings and have won 8 National titles including the Men’s British squash doubles championship.
