Hi! My name is Jacob Travis but everyone calls me J.T. (except my grandma), I'm a physical therapist with a specialty in orthopedics. This page is dedicated to educating you about how to care for your body throughout your life - not just short-term "fixes" that are being relentlessly marketed. I firmly believe that everyone should be their biggest advocate for their personal health and wellness, and not have to rely on a broken medical system passing them through the hoops, which usually leads to more questions than answers (and a lot more money spent).
I can't introduce myself or this page without talking about my faith. I love God with all my heart and I am listening to His call in using the gifts He gave me to spread His Kingdom and serve His people. But before you take any advice from me, I encourage you to look up and talk to God first.
