Welcome to Ben Wang Chong Long, my professional YouTube channel, on which I share most of my videos about Wudang, Taichi, Qigong, internal daoist kungfu, swordplay, my master & his school in China, as well other arts, interesting stuff & projects around these topics.
After more than 800 years of history, I represent the 26th generation of the wudang dragon gate lineage. I'm the first foreign disciple of my wudang master, Wang Xing Qing, the headmaster of the wudang dragongate kungfu school.
Taichi, kung fu, self-massage & other daoist health preservation techniques keeping my body fit. But then I use the internal daoist methods like meditation and qigong, of my wudang dragongate tradition, to regulate my inner energies.
