I created this channel because I want to help you learn how to bake, teach baking in a practical way and provide valuable information for free!
When I was young, my parents used to tell me that our ancestors dating back to the middle ages were all bakers, and I had an interest in baking things … ok mostly pizza.
But growing up, every time I tried to make bread, biscuits or even cookies, it was a disaster. I spent years and years working on a pizza dough recipe that didn’t get good until a few years ago when the maker’s movement started picking up steam.
Now, after watching A LOT of the bread baking channels out there, I realized that they all provide really great value and in different ways. However something was always missing, something I can share. A more practical approach.
