Throughout the years I have discovered that I am severely allergic to all of the man-made medicines for MS and I heard in my spirit go plant based. So here I am. I never know what I’m going to make one meal to the next. Everything I make are my own recipes. I hope I can help somebody who got stuck just like me even if it’s just to make you smile, or to make you laugh and encourage you in every aspect of your life.
