I lived undiagnosed for over 15 years and was suicidal for all of them; developing no life skills and living in near constant crisis. I am beyond lucky to have made it to my diagnosis of Bipolar II Disorder and want to make it easier for others to find resources, information, and comfort knowing they are not alone in this odyssey of finding stability living with bipolar.
My hope is that people find the correct diagnosis and support earlier than they would otherwise. Thank you all so very much for your support!
