The Schola Cantorum Gloriae Dei is a volunteer choir that came together in 2014 under the direction of Andrea Leal to bring authentic sacred music to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in Las Vegas. Its initial members were children and teens, with some adult singers eventually joining to fill in the lower choral voices. The group began in the study of Gregorian chant and progressed to sacred polyphony as the abilities of the choir progressed.
The Schola is dedicated to glorifying God through music and bringing further beauty to the Traditional Latin Mass. This is the aim and purpose of everything the Schola does.
