Anon, I was like you once. I hoped for things. I spent each day like tomorrow was going to be a whole new experience. I said hi to cute girls, thinking they might smile back and that would be the start of something. I was a dreamer, kid, a dreamer.
Then the year 2013 rolled around and Kyoto Animation revealed their newest summer project was an anime about a men's swim club. Went by the name of "Free", perhaps you've heard of it? I thought I could accept the changes in my life, but it was just too much. Those high-school boys and their shockingly well built bodies changed my life. I stopped caring. I stopped loving. I stopped dreaming. I guess accepting that is what it means to become an adult.
