My name is Lex and I am currently a maintenance technician. I started in the apartment maintenance industry in 2003. I began my maintenance journey as a porter picking up trash and painting. It’s been a wild ride and I’ve seen a lot of stuff over the years in this business. And even though I took a break and hit the road touring with a band full-time for four years, I kept my maintenance chops sharp by working around my own house and doing HVAC, plumbing, and DIY side jobs.
