Hi! I am Holistic Health Coach and my purpose is to speak from the heart on subjects to empower, inform and inspire. Besides being a certified Life/Health Coach, and a Yoga teacher as well as holding certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Heartmath training, etc, I have been a daily meditator for the last decade and believe in being a living example of progress toward deeper levels of joy, health, and love. I believe that every single human who discovers their own unique purpose and heals the traumas of their past is an asset to turning this world into an ever more beautiful Earth-- One that is abundant and providing mentally, physically, and spiritually for every human and being on it.
