The Sanskrit word Mamata means âmotherâs loveâ or âaffectionâ in English, which is beautifully symbolic of all our teacher training programs as we build a community of love and support.
The intention behind our courses, masterclasses and online yoga classes is to unite and create a dynamic group of professional yoga teachers, mothers, nurses, doulas and midwives who are passionate about creating a mindful connection between mother and baby during the process of pregnancy as well as labour and delivery.
Our new website is dedicated to educating all mothers during the perinatal journey with knowledgeable videos, masterclasses by uniting expertise in their fields to help educated mothers. Our vision for our site has always been a HUB of awareness to help support mothers birth more consciously!
