Lifting for 6 years. Wandering from one program to the next not making much progress. Attended fitcon 2014 and meet one of my you tube favorites Jerry Ward 'Bios3 Training" Hired him for a diet and training program. He is a no B.S. type of guy and has helped me produce my best physic to date !
