One of my favorite past times is purchasing older abandoned houses and renovating them into quality homes. Although I don't purchase homes by using those signs you see plastered all over the place for "We Buy Ugly Houses", I do indeed buy some pretty rough homes, maybe even some those guys wouldn't touch. Does it have a 40" diameter tree laying on the roof? I bought that! Does it have a single board holding up half the roof? I bought that!
